• BG-E8 Replacement Battery Grip for Canon
• It provides additional battery space, one for standard Canon batteries and one more for AAs. In addition to the camera’s internal battery, accepts one Canon LP-E8 Replacement rechargeable battery or six AA batteries (alkaline, Ni-MH, lithium, or nickel-manganese) can be used instead for added convenience. (Note: ONLY LP-E8 replacement Battery is included, all other compatible batteries are sold separately)
• It improves the handling of the camera and allows you to hold on the side when shooting in portrait orientation. Equipped with an alternate shutter-release button, AE-L/AF-L button, multi-selector, and main and sub-command dials for shooting in a vertical position.
• Camera menu options allow users to choose whether to use the camera battery or this battery grip first.
